Will it work with my AMS? +

Can I teach it our agency-specific policies and procedures? +

Yes. You upload your knowledge-base documents (business hours, coverage definitions, carrier lists, FAQs) plus your custom SOPs. The AI answers from those exact documents, in your agency's voice. No generic stock script.

What happens if the AI can't handle a call? +

It transfers to the right agent: one who speaks the caller's language and handles that specialty, chosen round-robin and by the priority order you set. It checks the agent's calendar first, so if they're in a meeting, off, or on leave it won't dump the caller on them. It offers a callback or routes to whoever is free, and rings the whole team if no specialist is. The customer never hears the handoff.

Can the AI text the customer during a call? +

Yes. It can send a payment link, a quote PDF, an agency form, or a carrier number to the caller mid-conversation, the same way a great receptionist would.

Is my customer data secure? +
