What this integration does
Twilio runs the phones underneath InsuraMate AI, on a Twilio account in your agency's own name. If you already have one, we connect to it; if not, we guide you through opening it during setup. Either way, your existing main line keeps working.
We sit on top of Twilio Voice and SMS to answer the calls and work the text line. Your numbers, your call records, and your call recordings, when enabled.
If your agency already runs on Twilio, we connect to your existing project and use your existing numbers, no porting needed.
If you don't, we guide you through opening one during setup. Twilio bills you directly at its published rates, by usage, and we take no margin.
